Custom Clothing Production Lead Time

1️⃣ Order & Design Confirmation (3-5 Days)

Once we receive your design details, fabric selection, sizing, and customization preferences, our team will carefully review and confirm all specifications. We will provide technical sheets, patterns, or digital mock-ups for approval before moving to production.

2️⃣ Fabric & Material Sourcing (5-10 Days)

For in-stock fabrics, we can proceed immediately. If custom fabrics, special colors, or unique materials are required, sourcing may take additional time. We will always communicate any lead times upfront to ensure transparency.

3️⃣ Pattern Making & Sampling (7-12 Days, if required)

If you require a pre-production sample, our team will develop accurate patterns, cut fabrics, and produce a sample for approval. This process ensures that the bulk production meets your expectations.

4️⃣ Bulk Production (15-30 Days)

Once the sample is approved, we begin mass production. Lead time depends on order quantity and design complexity:

Basic designs (T-shirts, leggings, tank tops): 15-20 days

Complex designs (custom dyeing, embroidery, multi-panel construction): 20-30 days

5️⃣ Final Quality Control & Packing (2-5 Days)

Before shipment, our quality control specialists conduct a thorough inspection to ensure that each piece meets your exact requirements. Products are then carefully packed for safe delivery.

6️⃣ Shipping & Delivery (5-10 Days)

We work with DHL, FedEx, and freight partners to ensure timely delivery. The shipping time varies based on destination and shipping method.

Total Estimated Lead Time: 30-55 Days

Standard orders (with in-stock materials): 30-40 days

Custom fabrics, complex designs, or large quantities: 40-55 days
